NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kewaskum Town Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, WI, a PUBLIC HEARING on the 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET for the Town of Kewaskum will be held. The proposed budget is on the website under Budget and is available for inspection by contacting the Town Clerk at 262-626-2566.

 

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2025 budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, WI, a SPECIAL TOWN METING OF THE ELECTORS called by the Town Board will be held for the following purpose: To adopt the 2025 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2025.

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on a proposed conditional use permit will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, before the Kewaskum Town Board and Plan Commission of the Town of Kewaskum at the Town of Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, to consider an application from Joseph M. Jeske. Granting this application would allow the applicant to have an adult family home / assisted living facility at 8487 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, tax key T8-046600B. The hearing will be held following a Public Hearing and Special Meeting on the proposed 2025 budget at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons wishing to comment on this issue should appear at the hearing.

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on a proposed land division will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, following a Public Hearing and Special Meeting on the proposed 2025 budget at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing on the proposed land division will be before the Kewaskum Town Board and Plan Commission of the Town of Kewaskum at the Town of Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, to consider an application from Buss Farmland LLC.  Granting this application would allow the applicant to create a parcel that is approximately 25.307 acres and with approximately 46.143 acres remaining on the parcel, tax key T8-007200Y. All interested persons wishing to comment on this issue should appear at the hearing.

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Town of Kewaskum Plan Commission on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, to consider a proposed amendment to the Town of Kewaskum Comprehensive Plan: 2035.  The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed amendment.

An application has been filed by Buss Farmland LLC requesting an amendment to the land use plan map adopted as part of the Town Comprehensive Plan.  The application requests that the land use plan map be amended to change the land use designation of Tax Parcel T8_007200Y (1 acre), located at (9637 State Hwy 45) from A-1, Agricultural-Open Space, to R-1, Single-Family Residential.

The public may review copies of the application and the Comprehensive Plan at the Town Hall by appointment.  For additional information or to obtain a copy of the application, interested parties may contact Anne Trautner, Town Clerk, at 262-626-2566 or [email protected].

During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak on the proposed plan amendment.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk until 5:00 p.m. on November 26 and shall become part of the record.  The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had an opportunity to offer comment.

Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Town of Kewaskum Plan Commission shall be called to order and the application shall be addressed per the agenda.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Town of Kewaskum Plan Commission on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, to consider a proposed amendment to the Town of Kewaskum Comprehensive Plan: 2035.  The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed amendment.

McElhatton requesting an amendment to the land use plan map adopted as part of the Town Comprehensive Plan.  The application requests that the land use plan map be amended to change the land use designation of Parcel T8-037500B, which is being divided to create a new parcel measuring approximately one acre and rezone it from EA, Agricultural Preservation, to R-1, Single-Family Residential, and to rezone the remaining approximate 4.1 acres in Parcel T8-037500B from EA, Agricultural Preservation, to A-1, Agricultural-Open Space
