NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter.  The public hearing on the proposed land division and rezone will be before the Kewaskum Town Board and Plan Commission of the Town of Kewaskum at the Town of Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, to consider applications from Buss Farmland LLC.  Granting these applications would allow the applicant to create a parcel that is approximately one acre and rezone it from A-1, Agricultural-Open Space, to R-1, Single-Family Residential, and to create a second parcel on the east side of the property that measures approximately 40 acres, with approximately 31.45 acres remaining on the parcel, tax key T8-007200Z. All interested persons wishing to comment on this issue should appear at the hearing.
