INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Kewaskum in Washington County is requesting bids for a Resurfacing Project on Badger Road. This is a Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) project, and all requirements will apply. Intended construction year is 2026.

Project Description:
Length: 3,575 feet on Badger Road, from Kettle View Drive to Eagles Nest Drive.
Hot Mix Resurfacing (overlay) on Asphalt Pavement: 2.0 inches thick. 11.0 feet wide per lane, 2.0 feet wide left shoulder, 2.0 feet wide right shoulder. No curb and gutter.

Sealed bids are due to the Town Clerk by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Kewaskum Town Board meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum, WI 53040. The Town reserves the right to award projects to separate bidders or to one bidder, or any combination thereof. The Town also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to accept any bids deemed most advantageous to the town. Accepted bids will be awarded at the Town Board meeting on June 2,2026.
